First Course: 

Hors d'oeuvres... Our ever changing appetizer buffet! If you have any questions about any of the items, please ask any of our servers.

 
Second Course:  
Soup: Spanish Potato Soup with Roasted Leeks, Tomatoes and a hint of crushed Fennel seed.
 
Third Course: 
Salad: Mixed green salad with your choice of Italian Vinagarette or Buttermilk Ranch

Fourth Course: 

Entree's -A selection of five entrées to choose from. All entrees are served with a side of Rice and a sautéed Squash Medley

  • Chicken Entree's:
    • Chicken Picatta: Sautee`boneless breast finished with White Wine, lemon, capers, garlic and fresh herbs & mushrooms.
    • Chicken Mushroom: Grilled Boneless, skinless breast marinated in a shallot and mushroom jus and topped with roasted mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Beef Tenderloin: Two medallions grilled medium rare & finished with our House Gorgonzola Butter.

  • Roasted Pork Tenderloin: stuffed w/ apples, golden raisins, spinach and a light citrus sauce.
  • Fresh Atlantic Salmon: Pan seared and finished with our homemade Saffron Pimento Butter.
  • Fresh Mahi-Mahi Filet: Blackened “Cajun Style”... Our hand mixed blackening seasoning is quite spicy but very good.

Fifth Course: 
Dessert: Chocolate Mocha Cake - Baked In-House.
