First Course: 

Hors d'oeuvres... Our ever changing appetizer buffet! If you have any questions about any of the items, please ask any of our servers.

 
Second Course:  
Soup: Tortilla Soup:Pimientos,onions,beans,cilantro,lime juice, shredded tortillas.
 
Third Course: 
Salad: Mixed green salad with your choice of Italian Vinagarette or Buttermilk Ranch

Fourth Course: 

Entree's -A selection of five entrées to choose from. All entrees are served with Roasted Garlic Duchess Potatoes and Green Beans with Carrots and Mushrooms.

  • Chicken Entree's:
    • Honey Pecan Chicken: Honey Glazed Boneless Breast topped with Our Roasted Spiced Pecans.
    • Chicken Florentine: grilled boneless breast topped with creamed spinach and parmesan cheese.
  • Beef Tenderloin: Two medallions grilled medium rare finished with a Hoisan Sauce.

  • Fresh Salmon: Boneless, skinless salmon filet topped with a Lemon-Caper Butter.
  • Mahi Mahi: Blackened “Cajun Style”.. Our hand mixed blackening seasoning is quite spicy, but very good.

Fifth Course: 
Dessert: Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese and Toasted Pecan Icing. Made Fresh In House Daily!
